Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer hot shot delivery for natural stone and cleaning products, ensuring fast and secure transportation within Dallas Fort Worth and within the USA.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 5 business days based on availability and destination.

Rush Orders: Expedited services are available upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Delivery Areas: We currently serve DFW. Orders outside this area require prior approval.

Slab Approval Requirement

Prior Approval Mandatory: We do not ship any natural stone slabs without explicit approval from the end client.

Slab Confirmation: Before shipping, we provide a high-resolution photo of the exact slab(s) to ensure transparency and minimize confusion.

Approval Process: Clients must confirm acceptance of the slab(s) before shipment is scheduled.

No Shipment Without Approval: If approval is not received, the order will not be processed for delivery, avoiding misunderstandings regarding appearance or variation.

Natural stone is a product of nature, meaning slight variations in color, veining, and texture are normal.

While we provide high-resolution photos for approval, minor differences in shading or patterns may occur between the image and the final delivered slab.

These natural characteristics enhance the uniqueness of each piece, making every installation one-of-a-kind.

Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Natural stone items are carefully palletized and secured for transport to minimize shifting or breakage.

Cleaning products are packaged to prevent leaks or spills.
Damage Claims & Liability

We take every precaution to protect your order, but in rare cases, damage may occur.

Visible Damage: Must be documented and reported before accepting delivery.

Hidden Damage: Claims must be submitted within 1 hours of acceptance with supporting photos.

We are not liable for damages caused by improper unloading, handling, or storage after delivery.

Natural stone shipments may be affected by severe weather, road closures, or unforeseen transportation issues.

If delays occur, customers will be promptly notified with an updated delivery estimate.

In extreme cases, rescheduling may be necessary to ensure safe transport and unloading.
Delivery Terms & Responsibilities
3. Delivery Terms & Responsibilities

Recipient Responsibility: Customers must inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival. Any concerns should be reported to our team immediately before unloading.

Unloading Requirements: Our drivers DO NOT unload slabs upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the end client to ensure they have proper unloading equipment and personnel trained to handle natural stone safely.

Fabrication Shop & Retailer Deliveries: If a delivery is being made to a fabrication shop, retailer, or third-party facility, the receiving party must be aware of the scheduled delivery to avoid failed attempts.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Redelivery Policy: If delivery is unsuccessful due to inaccessible locations, absence, or lack of unloading preparations, a redelivery fee will apply.

Refund Policy for Third-Party Rejections: We do not offer refunds on slabs if they are not accepted by the designated fabricator, retailer, or third party.

Due to the nature of our products, returns on natural stone are not accepted unless a proven defect is reported upon delivery.

Cleaning products may be returned within 5 days if unopened and in original packaging.

Refunds for approved claims will be processed within 5 -7 business days once product is received, inspected and approved for return.
